The POWRCASE works by sliding in your phone in the case. When your phone's battery is running low, you can simply activate the powerbank feature on the case to start charging your phone. The case itself has a built-in battery that stores the power.

3. Can I use a powerbank phone case with any phone?

No, powerbank phone cases are designed specifically for certain phone models. It is important to choose a powerbank phone case that is compatible with your phone model to ensure proper fit and functionality.

4. How long does the powerbank phone case battery last?

The POWRCASE has 6500mAh which means it can charge your phone twice which adds up to your already charged phone. 

5. How do I charge the powerbank phone case?

To charge the powerbank phone case, simply connect it to a power source using the included charging cable. The case will start charging its internal battery. It is recommended to fully charge the case before using it to charge your phone.

6. Can I still use wireless charging with a powerbank phone case?

POWRCASE is not compatible with wireless charging. 

7. Is it safe to use a powerbank phone case?

Yes, it is safe to use POWRCASE as long as you follow the instructions and guidelines. It is important to use the provided charging cable and avoid using damaged or incompatible chargers. Additionally, it is recommended to avoid exposing the case to extreme temperatures or moisture.

8. Can I still access the buttons and ports on my phone with the powerbank phone case on?

Yes, the POWRCASE is designed with precise cutouts that allow easy access to all buttons, ports, and features of your phone. You can still use your phone's functions without removing the case.

9. What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, please contact our customer support at info@powrcase.com. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

10. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
